As part of Volunteer Appreciation Month, Bald Ridge Lodge invited our volunteers to a cookout with our boys on April 12th. We are bursting with gratitude for the amazing people who volunteer their time, energy, and heart for our teenage boys. Whether you coached, mentored, cooked, drove, or just showed up and listened — it all counts. Every single moment.

We believe every young man deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued — and none of that would be possible without our incredible volunteers. Thank you for being in their corner. You are changing lives and launching new futures!
